The Prescott-Russell Mutual Aid Association was established in the 1970s and is formed by all the Fire Departments that can be found on the territory of the United Counties of Prescott-Russell. It encompasses the municipalities of Alfred-Plantagenet, Casselman, Champlain, Clarence-Rockland, East-Hawkesbury, Hawkesbury, The Nation and Russell. We count 19 fire stations and approximately 400 firefighters within the organization.
